Demo & Explanation
In each session, Baiba demonstrates handling a challenging conversation drawn from a participant's real experience. She then breaks down the approach, explaining the strategies and reasoning behind her resolution.​

What will I get in the 4 master class program?

Within the 4 master class program you will receive:

1) Personal participation in Sparring master classes, the opportunity to watch the development of a particular difficult situation and its analysis, to test your ideas on how to advance the conversation more successfully, as well as the opportunity to draw on the experience and ideas of similar managers,

2) Access to the online learning platform throughout the program,

3) Video recording and pdf presentation of all 4 master classes of 10 minutes of tricks on the online learning platform,

4) A transcript of all 4 Demo Sparring negotiation tactics and methods - PDF analysis of what techniques Baiba and the negotiation partner used within the Demo, how they worked, why they were used at a particular moment and what Baiba wanted to achieve - with hypotheses about the reasons for why they did or did not work (with the confirmation of the other party about the hypothesis being correct), which will be available on the online learning platform,

5) The opportunity to ask Baiba questions at any time on the online learning platform, receiving an answer in the next master class,

6) A “buddy” from the participants of the program, with whom to discuss issues between master classes,

7) New ideas and tricks for conducting negotiations, conflict prevention and conflict resolution,

Where will the meetings take place?

The meetings will take place in the very center of Riga, in person. You will receive a specific address after payment.

When are master classes held?

Master classes are held on 2.09.2025, 4.11.2025, 17.02.2026 and 17.03.2026 in person in the center of Riga from 8:00 to 11:00 or from 13:00 to 16:00.

What if sometimes I reach 8 am, and sometimes 1 pm?

When applying, select times that fit your schedule the best. If your plans change, write an email to baiba@strupisa.lv and we will transfer you to another group on the specified date.

What if I can only make 3 out of 4 appointments?

Log in to the program and:

1) you will get the opportunity to participate in one Sparring master class after the end of the program free of charge (we will notify you of the dates at the beginning of the program),

2) you will get the opportunity to participate in 3 or even 4 master classes within the framework of the program, because over time your plans may change,

3) you will receive a video recording of the of the 10 minute negotiation tricks from all 4 master classes and a pdf presentation on the online learning platform,

4) you will receive a transcript of all 4 Demo Sparring master class negotiation tactics and methods - analysis in pdf format on the online learning platform.

What if I can only make 2 out of 4 appointments?

Write an email to baiba@strupisa.lv and get the opportunity to attend specific 2 master classes for 670 eur + VAT.

How do I cancel my participation in the Sparring program?

The number participants in the program is limited, so each participant is important to us, especially for the purposes of group dynamics and mutual exchange of experiences.
